The Torbay Manor looks out towards Rangitoto Island  with  beautiful views of  "The Tor" and is only 6 minutes from Albany Mega Centre and  North Harbour Stadium Rugby Cup  2011 SA v Namibia/France v Japan / SA v Samoa.

Nigel and I purchased "The Manor" which is a solid brick and native timber character home around 18 years ago and we have undertaken two substantial additions and completely renovated and modernized The Manor over this period.

Nigel is an Insurance Executive. Having raised a family of four girls who have now left home we now enjoy spending time with them and our seven grandchildren when I am not hosting guests at our idyllic waterside haven just 23kms /30 minutes from downtown Auckland and 6kms from Albany’s Mega Centre. I love Cooking and Entertaining,we do hope you will join us in our home and partake of my culinary delights at your leisure.

Anyone seeking clean,attractively -priced,tastefully-decorated and well-located accomodation in the Browns Bay/Torbay area should look no further than  "The Torbay Manor".We had the pleasure of being hosted by Sandy & Nigel,who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.Our room was simply fantastic,the views were amazing(you are right on the beach),and the food has to be savoured to be believed.The Torbay Manor rates alongside the numerous prestigious hotels and guest houses  we previously stayed.A massive 5 out of 5..and definitley recommended.
